alright there i was asked to shoot a young girls dance portfolio about a week ago,

she has just been signed by a local agent so was in need of some images fast which i was

really happy to work with her,

we started up the day with some dance styled shots but had to cut it short as she has hurt

her back way to much so were going to pick this back up in a coupe of weeks but we went for a pretty simple li

ght set up really and then tried to bo

ost some head shots out for the book heres a few picks from the day

Evening all, right today has been filled with a few downs but mostly things looking up

started the day out having no fillings in my body as i collected my Bamboo Graphics Tablet

from a Royal mail sorting office, as i missed the delivery by about 10 minutes which had got me

slightly wondering why I was late but anyway after warming up and getting some coffee inside of me,

I meet up with close friend

and Owner/Designer of Bear Picnic clothing.

So we set out to CIB which if you don't know is Create

d In Birmingham, who are a great

group of people who are trying to push work of local artist's such as photographers | Designers|

Singer Song Writers.

So i had to get involved with this project so me and bear picnic have put some of are products

up for sale in CIB which is located on a prime location in Birmingham's Bullring just across from apple store that we all know and love, so please go and check them out would be great

Back to film aghhh

Well as we all know we have to be able to provide the right services to a client in what ever need this is and I was called up last night to do a beauty shoot the following day, with late notice been a big factor to this and the time was running down, but if this wasn't a problem I was asked to shoot on 120 film







Which I haven't used in years just made me feel pretty nerves about this shoot with out the relibilty of digital to check up on the exposure and all the fine details but powered with rangers and pocket wizards I will mixing new tec with a old school mamiya rb-67











Should be intresting to see the results an compair it to my digital back up

Exciting New Stuff

well finally my new cards arrived this morning which i was pleased to see great images great quality and updates on all info which was great to see,

they look pretty mint don't they,

well anyway back to more new updates as some of you know i have just updated to my new lighting kit the Elichrome rangers which are treating me well already with a quick test shoot with adam jones ( Moto-x rider )

well we set off to the apex track in worcester with a full list of riding shots and profile shots

in mind but due to some problems adam was having with the bike we were unable to get

the shots that we needed, so I thought i would try out the new rangers on location, it was

a pretty cloudy and dark day so we took to the top of the track to try some images of Adam

and his MX bike luckily he had his amazing fiancee lucy which you would have seen her in

my work! she helped out loads during the day,

but hopefully we will get together again soon to get the shots that we need =D

Also i thought i would add in a photo from a shoot with adam and lucy from last week i

wish them the best of luck with everything =D

Things are starting to look up with the devloment of my kit coming soon which Im real excited to be doing and now booked up for bout 10-15 weeks of fun with a amazing group of people on board there's not much more I can ask from them all :-)

New kit new start

Well as soon of you may know I'm selling some of my kit at the moment and upgradeing to what I have been after for a while now and I think it will benifit my work and more importantly the photos for you guys so I'll update this when I get the stuff but for now I just love this at the moment
